4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally with care and efficiency.

Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
5. Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied, customers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
For exchanges, we invite you to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
We regret that we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalised items.
- Sealed goods if unsealed after delivery.
- Perishable goods.
