Return & Withdrawal Policy
At The Envie Edit, we believe in effortless elegance — and that includes your experience with us. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we make the process as seamless as possible, in full accordance with European consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal
As a valued customer within the European Union, you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout providing a reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, simply notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement to contact@theenvieedit.com. Please specify your order number and the reason of the return.
Once confirmed, we will guide you through the next steps.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your intention to withdraw.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
We kindly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Envie Edit cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges — A Refined Process
If you wish to select a different size or style, we invite you to place a new order to ensure availability.
Please return the original item following our standard return procedure; once received, we will issue a prompt refund.
This approach ensures you receive the size or item you desire without delay — a simple, elegant solution designed for your convenience.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from notification of withdrawal.
Your refund will include the original standard shipping cost where applicable. If you selected express or premium delivery, we will refund only the cost equivalent to our standard shipping option.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original express or premium shipping surcharges are non-refundable.
